BRASIL : A PRIMEIRA REPÚBLICA DOS LADRÕES ?

A tese não é minha e não vou roubá-la do seu autor, o escritor Ubaldo
Ribeiro, da Academia Brasileira de Letras, que a defendeu na sua coluna
dominical do jornal “*O Estado de São Paulo*”. A idéia é original e seu
desenvolvimento é baseado no Guerra nas Estrelas. De uma galáxia
distante vem povoar o Brasil um grupo de alienígenas cuja característica
fundamental era roubar e mentir. Eles aqui aportaram, com a missão de
fundar a Primeira República dos Ladrões. Este projeto vinha sendo adiado
porque uma parte da população havia se convertido ao Catolicismo e
procurava cumprir um mandamento de Deus, que eles até então desconheciam
e que dizia “ Não roubar. “ Com a passagem do tempo eles não acreditaram
mais neste Deus e aderiram aos governantes portugueses que sempre
roubavam. Eles foram séculos mais tarde muito bem descritos pelo
escritor Oswald de Andrade que compreendendo a essência daquele povo
escreveu no *Manifesto Antropófago* o seguinte: “ */Só me interessa o
que não é meu./* “ No início do Manifesto ele escreve que só a
antropofagia nos une, isto é, une os brasileiros. Isto significa que
eles vivem comendo uns aos outros, mas o roubo estava mais ou menos
equilibrado entre as diferentes classes. Acontece que no século XX e no
início do século XXI uma classe destes alienígenas, que recebeu o nome
de políticos, resolveu roubar mais do que as outras classes. Eles foram
eleitos por uma parte dos brasileiros analfabetos e primários e dominam
o governo daquele país que até hoje não se sabe se a grafia correta do
seu nome é Brasil com S ou com Z. O atual presidente, Sr. Luis Inácio
Lula da Silva, passou a ser um bombeiro e assiste a cada semana um novo
incêndio que ameaça seu palácio. Ministros do seu governo saíram sob a
acusação de serem ladrões. Neste mês de maio de 2007 até o presidente do
Senado da República é suspeito de receber dinheiro de uma grande
construtora. Ninguém se salva. Para diminuir a tensão naquele país
alguns políticos-ladrões estão cogitando em fundar a I República dos
Ladrões. Eles argumentam que ladrões sempre existiram nas outras
repúblicas, mas uma república que seja comandada pelos ladrões é um fato
novo e original na História da Terra. É possível que um plebiscito seja
convocado para que a população decida se deve ou não ser fundada a
República Brasileira dos Ladrões.

MR LULA AS A MYTH,TOTEM AND TABU

In this article I intend to demonstrate that Mr. Luis Inácio Lula Da Silva, president of Brazil, gained the MYTH dimensions, TOTEM and TABOO. Myth is defined by the Houaiss as “mental construction of something idealized, without practical evidence, estereótipo as the myth it good savage or (I add) the myth of the president of the poor persons. I believe, however, that Squid surpasses the classification of being a myth and for its long career politics, that strong was supported by the media and the bishops of the Church Catholic, it if it became a TOTEM and a TABU for great part of its voters who had never heard to speak of left or marxism. In this last four year it got rid itself, also, of any dependence of the PT and as it analyzed very well the magazine VEJA what it exists today is the Lulismo as we had, in the past the Getulismo. Voters of LULA are found in part of the middle class, the great entrepreneurs, industrials and bankers, evangélicos and bishops and cardinals of the Church Catholic. I leave, as analysis hypothesis, that LULA , for the poor persons in all the directions, if became a myth, a taboo and one totem and on this part of the electorate will make a reflection that is not “politically correct”. Research carried through in certain regions northeast demonstrate that population are prisoners to the television and doesnt read journals and that adult they had not arrived at a level of logical reasoning. For these Brazilians the president gains the dimension of totem, of a protector, in the direction that it creates a new law and until a moral and that he leaves its mouth, pointing who is the culprits, that is, “they, the elite, the politicians of the PSDB and the PFL” . LULA as TABOO, gains the prohibition of being touched, and of this form it places yourself above of any law and the excessively mortal ones. Now, after this election and declaring that it will make a government for the poor persons, it if became a TOTEM, a protector, as they were totens of the islands of the Pacific or the indians of the North America. One remembers that word “TOTEM” comes of the tribe of the Algokians and means it “is its brother and its sister”. I doubt that in next the four years to 2007 the 2010 will be enough so that LULA loses this almost religious dimension of being “TOTEM and TA\BU for millions of Brazilians. If it not to lose is well posssível who will make its successor and the pectoris name that it brings “in” is Dilma Rousseff that will come with the powerful argument of being the first woman to preside over Brazil. It is my social perception of Brazil’s president.

Brazil: The First Republic of Thieves?

The thesis is not mine and I wont steal it from its author, the writer Ubaldo Ribeiro, from the Brazilian Academy of Letters, who defended it in his sunday
column of the journal “O Estado de São Paulo”. The idea is original and its development is based on Star Wars. From a far galaxy a group of aliens whose main characteristics is to steal and to lie comes to populate Brazil. Here they came with the mission of founding the First Replubic of Thieves. This project was being delayed because a part of the population has converted to Catolicism and was trying to follow one of God’s Commandment, that until then they didn’t know and that says “Thou shall not steal.” As time passed by they didnt believed in this God anymore and joined their portuguese leaders who always steal. They were centuries later very well described by the writer Oswald de Andrade who compreending that people’s inner self wrote this in “Manifesto Antropófago”: “I’m only interested in what’s not mine”. In the begining of the manifest he writes that only the anthropophagy unite us, this is, unite the brazilians. This means that they live eating each other, but the theft was more or less balanced between the different classes. It happens that in the 20th century and in the beginning of the 21th a class of these aliens, who have received the name of politicians, came out with the idea of stealing more than the other classes. They were elected by a part of the brazilians who are illiterate and elementary and now they own the government of that country that until now noone knows if it’s name correct grafia is Brazil with S or with Z. The current president, Mr. Luis Inácio Lula da Silva, has became a fireman and attends every week a new fire that threatens his palace. Ministers of his government have left under the charge of being thieves. In this month of may of 2007 even the president of the senate of the Republic is suspect of receiveing money fom a big building company. No one is is safe. To lower the tension in that country some politicians-thieves are thinking about founding the I Republic Of Thieves. They argue that thieves always existed in the other republics, but a republic that is commanded byt thieves is an original and new fact in the History of Earth. It is possible that a new plebiscite will be convoked for the population to decide if it should or shouldn’t be formed the Brazilian Republic Of Thieves.
